I am passionate about working with individuals and families impacted by addiction, recovery, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a mom of two, I understand how deeply mental health and addiction can affect families. I offer a warm, calm and collaborative counseling style while also being honest and direct.
I earned my graduate degree from Grand Canyon University, which shaped my faith-based foundation. When aligned with a client's values, I'm open to integrating faith into our work together. I practice from a trauma-informed approach and have experience working in in-patient treatment settings, supporting clients through phases of recovery and stabilization.
I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all and encourage the use of different therapeutic modalities, as there are many paths to growth and recovery. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can feel empowered to move forward at their own pace.
