Seeking therapy is hard and you’re taking the first step. I work with teenagers and adults and am accepting new clients. I support people to adjust and cope with the difficult times in life. Specifically, I have extensive training and experience working through anxiety, grief, coping with chronic pain/illness, and life transitions (such as going to college, becoming a parent, getting a divorce, etc.).
I am, first and foremost, solution-focused. I work with you in partnership to get you to a better place and to find joy. I will be your sounding board to identify your unique needs and goals, and apply evidence-based techniques to get you there.
I strongly believe that mental health treatment should be available to everyone and have set my rates accordingly. I see clients through BetterHelp and Grow Therapy. I accept cash payments and insurance (through Grow only). I see all clients virtually at this time.
