Healing can be intimidating; but also unimaginably life changing for the better. My name is Danielle Turner (she/her) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working towards her PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education. I am also basic trained in EMDR (per EMDRIA's standards and requirements) in order to best treat individuals suffering from trauma and a number of other presentations.
I have multiple years of experience treating clients who are anxious, depressed, have experienced loss and or trauma (physical, verbal or sexual), suffer from mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. have also worked with clients experiencing a life changing event, struggling with addiction or those seeking support who identify as LGBTQIA+.
I also specialize in helping clients manage stressors of today's climate, including religious prejudice or systemic racism.
