Life can feel overwhelming, especially when it doesn’t slow down as you’re navigating anxiety, grief (including pet loss and anticipatory loss), trauma, ADHD-related challenges, or major life transitions. I work well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns, emotionally exhausted, or seeking deeper self-understanding and relief. As a relational therapist, I believe no one moves through life unscathed. I offer a supportive, collaborative space to explore how experiences and relationships shape you while building insight, coping tools, and meaningful, sustainable change.

I provide relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD concerns, trauma, and life transitions. My work focuses on understanding how past experiences and relationships shape current patterns while building insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping tools in a supportive, collaborative space.
