We offer evening and weekend availability and are a team of experienced therapists with 1–26 years of clinical work. Our practice specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—one of the most well-researched and effective approaches for individuals and couples. Our founder, Dani, is EFT-certified and has received recognition for best in marital and family therapy while with the EFT Clinic. Roots and Wings Family Therapy just received top 5 clinics in Lehi after only 18 months of being open.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: healing happens when you feel both grounded and free. We help you stay connected to your roots while building the strength to grow and move forward. In addition to EFT, we integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deeper, lasting change.

Our goal is to help you identify the protective patterns that developed in response to life’s challenges. Once we can understand those patterns together, we can begin to shift.
