I have experience working with clients who are facing stress, anxiety, and work-related concerns. Additionally, I work with clients who are struggling to adapt to changes in their lives. I focus on your strengths, abilities, and skills to help you achieve your individual goals. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. Counseling is a great tool to help you identify where you want to go and learn the skills you need to get there.
My counseling style is eclectic and pulls from CBT (examining thought processes), Solution-Focused Therapy (goal-directed), and Person Centered Therapy (compassionate facilitator). As your counselor, my main goal is to meet you where you are and build a trusting, authentic, and therapeutic relationship so you feel comfortable and accepted.
