I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan. I have worked in multiple settings with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, BPD, PTSD, ADHD, autism, psychosis, addiction, and non-suicidal self-injury. I have the privilege of serving in the mental health field for just over 15 years. As a parent and active member in the autism community, my passion is working with individuals and families on the spectrum.
My approach to our session is based on your individual needs and expectations. Together we will explore a variety of evidenced based methods such as psychodynamic, ACT, mindfulness, trauma focused, DBT, CBT, and sensorimotor.
