I work with young children, teens, and families who are navigating autism, developmental delays, anxiety, or behavioral challenges. Many of the families I see feel overwhelmed, unsure how to best support their child, or frustrated by systems like school and IEP processes. I help parents and children better understand what’s going on, build practical tools, and create more confidence and connection at home and in daily life.
I use a combination of play therapy, art-based interventions, and client-centered approaches to meet each child where they are. I also support parents with strategies they can use outside of sessions. I have experience with autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety, and IEP navigation, and I offer Christian therapy for those seeking a faith-based approach
