My passion and focus are working with adolescents, children, and families experiencing distress in their relationships. I approach my work with clients from a place of genuine curiosity and understanding. I aim to provide a safe space where we can discuss the challenges getting in the way of achieving your goals and create a sustainable support system for lasting change in your life. I pride myself on being transparent during the process and an active participant in every session.
I have extensive experience with adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, self-harm or conflict with peers and family. Additionally, I have spent years in schools providing guidance in the IEP/special education process and helping children of all ages needing assistance to achieve academic success. I am also trained in EMDR.
In addition to being an LCSW with experience working with children and adolescents, I obtained advanced training and certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for work with couples and families. The aim of my EFT is to foster the development of secure and successful relationships between partners and within families.

Goals are to work with symptoms related to social anxiety, depression, and anything else they want to discuss. This is an ongoing group and space is limited. In person - must be vaccinated and wear a mask.
