Accepting new in-person and telehealth referrals. I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults in both individual and family/couple counseling. With an emphasis on collaborative solution building I am able to provide my clients an open and warm atmosphere to rediscover their strengths and achieve goals. Working within this collaborative approach I offer a wide range of therapeutic services that include working with adults and children experiencing divorce and co-parenting issues, grief, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and parenting problems.
I graduated with my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Saint Joseph. Prior to obtaining this degree I graduated with a Jurist Doctorate with a Health Law Certificate from Quinnipiac University.
I have recently received my mediation certificate from the Quinnipiac University School of Law Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. I will soon combine divorce mediation services along with therapeutic services at Family Counseling Group of the Farmington Valley, LLC.

Groups
Support Group for Food Allergy Parents
Come to a group where we will discuss positive coping skills for anxiety in a nonjudgmental and supportive manner. The group will prepare you for the holiday season as there will be particular discussion on holiday food / gathering related issues. Group will be led by a food allergy parent and a marriage and family therapist, who is uniquely qualified to understand the anxiety related to food allergy parenting. Medical advice will not be provided. Tuesday Evenings 7-8pm for 8 consecutive weeks September 25th-November 13th, 2018.
