As your therapist, my aim is to guide you through your inner world, reconnect you with your strengths, and foster healing. My practice offers a unique and flexible approach, specializing in supporting women across the lifespan—particularly during major life transitions, perinatal experiences, complex trauma and PTSD, and times of grief and loss. I focus on helping clients build self-trust, cultivate self-acceptance, and strengthen emotional intelligence and regulation.
Our work together will be eclectic, drawing from various frameworks, including attachment-based, relational, narrative, humanistic, mindful, developmental, somatic, and sensorimotor.
