I am Danielle Smith, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and substance misuse.

I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I utilize multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, somatic breathing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
