I partner with individuals and families as they make sense of their past, develop tools for healing and growth, and find their voice to reach their full potential. In our work together, we gain an understanding of life’s journey and how it impacts them mentally, emotionally, behaviorally, spiritually, and physically. We focus on improving overall wellbeing and walking in a more balanced life. Together, we strengthen relationships that matter most and create space for peace, connection, and lasting change. Currently, I have daytime hours only between 9 and 4 Tue, Wed, and Friday.

I support children, adolescents, and adults in healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and stress. I also help navigate life transitions, communication and relationship issues, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, reactive attachment, and dissociative disorders. As a foster and adoptive parent, I focus on building connection and strengthening attachment.

I take a holistic, individualized approach, drawing from person-centered, attachment-based, and narrative therapies. I’m informed in trust-based relational Intervention, play therapy, and internal family systems. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages feel supported in their healing and growth.
