Sometimes our thoughts get overwhelming, we struggle with our emotions, and we try to hold onto control, all while feeling a bit lost. We can work collaboratively to help you get out of your head, learn to manage your feelings, heal your relationships, and create the life you want.
I help couples and individuals have the best relationships they can, within their sex lives, with their partners, friends, family, and with themselves.
