I specialize in helping people struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal issues at home, work and school, or those trying to break free of unhelpful patterns. As a former lawyer, I understand the unique demands, stress, and expectations many lawyers, students, executives, and high-level professionals experience, including perfectionism, imposter syndrome, relationship struggles, and difficulty achieving a work-life balance. Together, we can explore how your life experiences impact your current relationships and patterns in order to help you live fully and authentically.
I am experienced working with teenagers and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, chronic illness, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, grief, and, LGBTQ identity and support. I also have experience working with children with developmental disabilities, adults with degenerative diseases and cancer, and their caregivers.
My approach to therapy is to provide a supportive and safe environment where you feel heard, understood, and never judged. We can work together to help you gain insight, concrete tools, and specific strategies as you increase your self-esteem, sense of agency, and self compassion.
