Do you struggle with communicating with loved ones about how your brain works? Need help figuring out how to tailor coping strategies that fit YOUR brain, not what's expected of you? Dealing with depression or anxiety? Seeking to explore your identity? If you're grappling with a late (or suspected!) diagnosis of ADHD or Autism, we can unpack the feelings that come with that, too. Our goal will be to figure out what does and does not work for you at your pace. I offer couples therapy, individual therapy, group, as well as family therapy. My ideal clients are seeking self-acceptance and authentic connection with others.

I draw on my own professional and personal experiences as a neurodivergent person to manage clinical struggles related to executive functioning, attention-regulation, depression, anxiety, rapid cycling, substance use, and questions of identity and purpose in the world. I provide both emotion and solution-focused therapy, whichever feels right to you.

I’m as direct as you might need me to be, human, and irreverent. I have a warm approach that holds clients accountable for changing what they feel ready for. I encourage clients to look at their experiences with self-compassion while exploring possibilities for change and constructive solutions. We also try to have fun.
