Hi! I am so glad you're here. You might feel stressed, tired, or unexpectedly sad and not fully understand why. Maybe your thoughts race at night, you're struggling with your confidence, or the pressure to perform never really turns off. On the outside, you look capable. On the inside, you’re exhausted. You want to hold everything together but it feels like it's falling apart. I've been there!

I work with women, teenage girls, female athletes and former athletes who are used to pushing through but feel overwhelmed and burnt out. I offer a space where you can slow down, be fully honest, and feel deeply heard.
