Hi :) I’m Danielle!
I help anxious teens (9+), overwhelmed young adults, and parents who feel stuck, stressed, or unsure how to support their child. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, burned out, or frustrated with patterns they can’t seem to change on their own. I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, burnout, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, neurodivergent experiences, substance use concerns, and eating or body image struggles. I also support parents navigating stress, parenting styles, and understanding their child’s needs with more confidence and clarity.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, with a focus on helping you understand your emotions, build practical coping skills, and create real-life change that feels manageable.
I currently offer telehealth sessions only.
