We all deserve a space where we can be seen, heard, accepted, and valued. My goal is to provide a counseling environment where we can meet you authentically for who you are, right where you are, wherever that is! Whether you are coming to therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, identity, self-esteem, couples counseling, or something else, I believe in a collaborative journey that provides a space for you to be, explore, grow, and heal just as you are.
As a therapist, I specialize in womxn's mental health (all gender identities welcome!) & trauma (including complex trauma & complex PTSD), w/ years of experience w/ anxiety, depression, personality disorders, neurodiversity, etc. I am loudly LGBTQIA + friendly. Based on your needs, I offer EMDR, IFS/parts work, somatic therapies, narrative therapy, & more.
I utilize evidence-based practices that are trauma-informed, strength-based, social justice/multiculturally informed, neurobiologically informed, and tailored to your unique goals. At the core of all that we would do in therapy is YOU: your strengths, your interests, and your needs! Together we will work together to build a life you hope for, and deserve.

Identity in Motherhood
Motherhood brings many changes, including shifts in who we are/how we see ourselves. This *ONLINE* 8-week therapy group (starting January 1st) is for expectant mothers, new mothers, and mothers of young children. Whether you are an expectant mother who is worried about losing herself in parenthood, a mother who wants to feel more grounded in your identity, or a mother who is questioning “Who am I?”, this group is for you. Together we will explore identity in motherhood, factors that can lead to challenges in self-connection, who you want to be, and how you can get there.
