You feel like you are carrying the weight of the world but no one else can see. On the outside, you might be functioning—but internally, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected and stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change. If you’ve experienced trauma, you may notice that even when you understand what happened, your body still doesn’t feel safe. I work with individuals navigating trauma, dissociation and attachment wounds, as well as teens who feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life and need help coping. Many of the people I work with feel like they’re holding it together for everyone else while silently struggling on the inside.
My approach is collaborative, relational and grounded in trauma-informed care. I integrate body-based and experiential therapies, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to help process experiences that words cannot express. Together, we work not only toward insight, but toward helping your nervous system begin to feel safer and more regulated.
I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially when it means trusting someone new with your story. My goal is to create a space that feels steady, respectful, and safe enough for you to move at your own pace. Healing doesn’t happen all at once, and you don’t have to force it. I offer a space where you can feel seen and supported.
