I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that integrates somatic interventions, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, ACT, and family systems concepts. I help clients understand nervous system responses, build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and strengthen resilience. I am also completing EMDR training to further support trauma recovery.
