About
Knowing that no two individuals experience life in the same manner, Danielle has an innate ability to assess needs and empathically identify person-centered solutions that cater to the internal struggle and environmental effect on every person. She utilizes a CBT-DBT blend of techniques such as identifying cognitive distortions, journaling, cognitive restructuring and mindfulness as well as increasing interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Danielle works to foster resilience by aiding clients in revisiting what they’ve survived, being mindful of the here and now while preparing them to thrive.
Danielle passionately takes clients on a journey of self-discovery where they are able to acknowledge where they are, identify where they desire to be and work diligently as a team to minimize barriers and bridge the gaps.
Seeking a therapist is a brave and courageous act that one takes when ready to begin or maintain healing. From learning to handle everyday stressors to restoring self-identity post-trauma, Danielle would like to assist teen girls and women in their mental and emotional development. We’re born crowned, but we can all can benefit from a little polishing.
