I specialize in treating clients struggling with an eating disorder. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) meaning that you will have the comfort of working with someone who has put in the effort and work to deliver the best quality of eating disorder care. I also have extensive experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm/self-destructive behaviors, trauma, borderline personality disorder, relationships, and body image distress. I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist and also work well with clients who are on the autism spectrum.
Through different types of evidence-based practices, I guide my clients to learn and implement coping skills to create resilience to life’s many struggles, honor what their mind/body connection is relaying to them, create safe and meaningful connections with others, and meet their emotions with curiosity rather than being paralyzed by shame, guilt, and fear.
