Substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and survivors of domestic and sexual violence are a few areas I've focused lately. My therapeutic approach includes creative growth through exploration of expressive arts therapies (music, dance, movement, art, drama, visual journaling, etc.) as an extension to introspection and transformation.
