Currently accepting clients in SC and TX! As a queer & neurodivergent therapist, I provide a space dedicated to advocacy, liberation, and healing. We cannot self-care or reframe our way out of the pain caused by intergenerational trauma, capitalism, racism, or the other systems at play; this is why we collaboratively focus on community and resource building, self-empathy, and understanding your lived experiences. The main area of focus in my practice is healing from complex trauma. I have experience/training in Trauma Disorders (CPTSD/PTSD), Dissociative Disorders (DID/OSDD), and Neurodivergence (ASD lvl 1/ADHD).
If you experience dissociation (internal disconnection from self/experiences), interruptions of memory, difficulty connecting with others, heightened reactions/emotions, or shutdown, I may be a good fit as your therapist. Treatment methods I use include Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Parts Work, and Coherence Therapy/Memory Reconsolidation.
