Many of the things we come to see as “wrong” with ourselves are actually underI work with adults navigating ongoing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, chronic overwhelm, and maintaining recovery over time. I provide psychoeducation and collaborative support to help clients understand what’s happening in their nervous system and why change can feel difficult. Many of the people I support identify as neurodivergent (including ADHD, autism, OCD, etc.), or have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or pressured to function in ways that don’t align with how their brain actually works.
I help you make sense of patterns that feel confusing, stuck, or exhausting. We’ll look at how your nervous system learned to respond, build practical skills that fit your life, and move at a pace that feels steady and manageable. EMDR and parts work are available when appropriate.
You don’t need a perfect explanation to begin. If something feels heavy, overwhelming, or hard to sustain, we can start there. Therapy is a space to be understood without judgment and to build change in a way that feels realistic and supportive.
