I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience providing therapy to children with behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience providing dialectic behavioral therapy with adolescents, adults, and families using a person-centered approach. Additionally, I provide support to couples/adults to help them understand their roles in relationships as well as assisting them in creating healthier boundaries/dynamics for more fulfilling relationships.
I use an integrative approach to therapy while combining Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Through teaching skills to help manage emotions, improve relationships and identify ineffective thought patterns/behaviors my priority is to support individuals while they gain confidence, independence, and competency in their lives.
My clinical areas of interests include working with individuals of all ages and stages of life experiencing anxiety, depression, personal growth, self-esteem, coping skills, romantic and non-romantic relationships, family conflict, cognitive distortions, and behavioral issues.
