Hi! My name is Danielle, I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and have been working in the field since 2017. I have worked in outpatient settings, schools, and have done in home therapy. I have worked with an array of ages, from 4 years old, all the way into the 80's age range. I have worked with many different diagnosis/struggles including: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Life Changes, Parenting struggles, Self Esteem, Boundary setting, work stressors. I believe that healing is linear, and that having support while working through the ups and downs of life can truly make all of the difference.

My style is unique to each client, I like to make each client feel comfortable, and move at the pace they are able to. I utilize mindfulness, CBT, and many other modalities throughout sessions. I am looking forward to meeting you!
