Limited After School Times, Daytime Openings - My passion is working with adolescents, families and adults who are looking to learn new skills. We'd be a good fit if you're looking for someone who teaches skills and strategies to use when encountering difficulties. Often people will encounter times where they struggle and don't have the skills to manage effectively. I’m here to offer you support and techniques that have shown to be effective in helping with these problems. Working with me involves learning more about what makes situations difficult (what's the specific problem) and applying new skills.
I use evidence-based treatments in my practice. This can involve completing homework to practice skills we learn together. Some treatments I specialize in are: diagnosing and management of ADHD, exposure-response prevention (ERP) for OCD, CBT for anxiety and depression, FBT for anorexia and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy for family improving family dynamics.

Groups
ADHD Parent Skills Group
This group is focused on providing information about ADHD (all types) and teaching practical skills to help you and your teen manage their ADHD. This group is aimed at parents of middle school and high school aged teens. The group is 4 weeks long starting October 7th, the total cost is $200 per couple for all 4 weeks, or $50 per group. Additional caregivers are welcome to join for an additional $20 per group. Due to the nature of this group, availability is limited, and it’s recommended that you attend each group as they will build off each other.
