I love the marriage of science and spirituality when working with trauma. By somatically connecting the mind and body, an inner healing intelligence comes forward. I use evidence‐based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Acceptance, Commitment Therapy (ACT), and ketamine assisted therapy (KAP).
