I’m a therapist and educator who specializes in gender and sexuality. My training is feminist and trauma focused. My approach to therapy is person-centered and compassion focused, often utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
I primarily work with the LGBTQ+ community and girls and women on issues including relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have experience working with mental illness, traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities, maternal-infant health, domestic violence and sexual assault, and childhood trauma.
