I am Danielle, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in NJ. I often work with adult children who are estranged from their parents and have experienced trauma. In addition, I also have experience working with a variety of challenges including self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, spirituality, chronic illness and grief. I am passionate about helping others find their healing process and live balanced, healthy lives.

I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating interventions from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and reality therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help you raise your self-awareness and utilize it as a strength to live a healthy lifestyle.
