I'm Danielle, an EMDR therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-worth challenges, grief, life transitions, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I specialize in helping clients move beyond old patterns, heal unresolved wounds, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is direct, honest, and is informed by my background as a Reiki practitioner and tarot reader. I work best with clients who are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process, as I believe meaningful growth requires courage, accountability, and a willingness to examine uncomfortable truths.

I integrate EMDR, IFS, and narrative-focused therapy to help clients process painful experiences, build resilience, and create more authentic, aligned lives. I welcome exploration of spirituality, intuition, energy, and personal meaning.

I approach my work with care and respect for each client’s beliefs. Any spiritual or intuitive exploration is always optional, collaborative, and guided by your comfort, interest, and consent. My priority is to create a grounded, inclusive space where all parts of you—emotional, physical, and spiritual—are welcome.
