Young adults seek therapy with me because they are feeling emotionally or physically drained or unmotivated or anxious, worried, and panicked. Many come to therapy for support with grief related to loss, change, or transition. I help those who feel stuck or like they are not living up to hopes or expectations. People also come for trauma resolution and stress management, looking to gain insight into their past to make changes for the future. I help those who feel disconnected from themselves and are looking to live a more symbolic and meaningful life through personal growth, creativity, and authenticity.
My 10+ years of experience in depth psychology, clinical counseling, internal family systems, and art therapy enables me to help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image and dysmorphia, life transitions, and grief and loss. I offer clients the tools to cultivate personal meaning and connect to their inner wisdom.
