I work with clients facing many different life challenges, including school and job stress, career transitions, relationship concerns, divorce, and family conflict. I take a person-centered approach and adapt therapeutic tools such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, and family systems work to fit each individual rather than using a one size fits all approach.
Because I understand how deeply life experiences can shape us, I am especially passionate about working with individuals and families impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, and ongoing stress. I work to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and encouraged to heal and reconnect with who they are.
