7 Principles of Making Relationships Work workshop

The Gottman 7 Principles Program is based on the book The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work, by John M. Gottman Ph.D., a guide for anyone who wants their relationship to attain its highest potential. This is an 8 week psycho-educational workshop. The workshop is light- hearted and less threatening than therapy, but may also be a bridge to therapy if needed. It can help couples articulate goals, expectations, and time frames for working on their relationship in a positive way. Except for a brief introduction, you will not share anything unless you choose.
