I am not your typical therapist. I challenge the status quo, and can be a bit of a rebel at times. My mission is to empower my clients to break free from societal norms and live their lives on their own terms. In my “office”, I want you to be yourself, relax, and maybe even laugh a little. I have an affinity for working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+, but all are welcome in my office. I help my clients through many challenges including anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, anger, ADHD, and stress management.
My eclectic approach is grounded in evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, etc. I adapt my methods to meet my client’s individual needs and preferences. Therapy is not one size fits all.
I can help you reframe your experiences and develop new coping strategies. Through these methods, I can empower you to move forward, tap into your inner strength, and break the cycle. My unique approach is not for everyone, but for those ready to take control of their lives, I might be the right fit for you. Please contact me for a consult today.
