At ACE we offer individual therapy , group therapy, retreats , and EMDR intensives. The Therapist specializes in Sand Tray Therapy and EMDR. Other treatment modalities used include: person centered therapy, acceptance therapy, exposure therapy, play therapy techniques, and CBT. The Therapist has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

I understand the difficulty with sharing your story with someone. It places you in a vulnerable state, where you feel you may be judged.
