Open to clients via telehealth & in Spokane via telehealth. Spokane location open to in-person in May/June 2026. I support individuals and couples through complex relationships and life transitions. My clients often experience chronic pain or illness, domestic violence and coercive control, anxiety, depression, grief, or are looking for couples work around communication, betrayal, trust recovery, and household labor division. In sessions, I strive to integrate Solution-Focused strategies, Positive Psychology techniques, Gottman Method Level 1 & 2 training, and targeted CBT tools to foster practical skills, safety, and hope.

I specialize in domestic violence, coercive control, anxiety, depression, grief, and couples concerns. Counseling focuses on communication, betrayal, and trust repair, and household labor using Solution‑Focused, Positive Psychology, Gottman-informed, and CBT tools.
