I work with children/adolescents, parents/caregivers, and adults with a focus on addressing trauma and adversity, shifting core beliefs, improving relationship and attunement and working towards a more peaceful quality of life.
I have an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy and utilize various modalities including EMDR, play, integrative attachment family therapy, DBT, Polyvagel theory, etc. Regardless of the modality, I believe that you hold the power to change, and my role is to support that process and create a safe space for it to unfold.
