My mission in therapy is to help others learn and apply tools to navigate the path to empowerment. These tools can help to release emotions and thought patterns that are contributing to doubt and uncertainty.
I have worked as a mobile therapist for 4 years, in private practice for 5, and in vocational rehabilitation for 11 years. I have experience working with children and adults with ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, anxiety, autism, complex PTSD, post partum depression, and those struggling with self esteem. I also work with couples.
I aim to provide a safe enough space to build therapeutic rapport with my clients. This is essential in order to move into the deeper work which helps clients to understand the underlying layers of self that are often hidden or suppressed. I use interactive games, art, social stories, therapeutic games, and narrative therapy.
