Hello! I consider it a true privilege to support folx navigating and processing the complexities of life. I support you in exploring your life and the narratives you engage with, fostering self-acceptance while addressing recurring patterns. I am passionate about assisting those in the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond in understanding how trauma and empowerment uniquely intersect in our lives. Radical compassion is a core principle of my practice, as I recognize that many struggle with trauma, self-care, and negative self-perceptions. My aim is to provide a strengths-based, thoughtful, and empowering approach.
With compassion, creativity, and authenticity, I support your healing by using techniques like Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
