Radical compassion is a core principle of my practice, as I recognize that many struggle with trauma, self-care, and negative self-perceptions. My aim is to provide a strengths-based, thoughtful, and empowering approach.

With compassion, creativity, and authenticity, I support your healing by using techniques like Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
