Welcome! I have been described as bubbly, easy to talk to, and non-judgmental. I believe this is because I see myself as a human being first and a therapist second. I understand that, at their core, people simply want to be seen, heard, and understood. That’s why I prioritize getting to know my clients and fostering a genuine connection. I believe real change and healing happen when vulnerability is met with safety and compassion. Creating a space where clients feel secure enough to be seen in their most authentic form is at the heart of my work. Because of this, I consider it a privilege when someone chooses to work with me.
I specialize in healing complex trauma, C-PTSD, and codependency, as well as guiding clients through inner child work to uncover and nurture parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or hurt in the past. My approach is holistic and flexible, integrating modalities such as CBT, mindfulness practices derived from DBT, psychodynamic approaches, and EMDR
