With over 15 years of clinical experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I have helped countless clients overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, stress management, burnout and emotion regulation. My training includes certification in RO-DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), an innovative form of DBT that focuses on building client’s self-compassion and emotional connections with others.
My CBT and RO-DBT approach focuses on creating awareness related to client’s overcontrolled tendencies that create distress and distance in relationships, then work on developing more balanced and flexible control patterns to improve mood and overall functioning.
