Delta Autumn Consulting in Oxford, Mississippi provides evidence-based services for psychological difficulties. This profile is for Dr. Danielle Maack, who specializes in the treatment of psychological difficulties in adults and older adolescents. This includes learning about the process of nicotine withdrawal (for example, its impact on your physical and emotional states), developing strategies to manage cravings, and making a plan to successfully avoid smoking in the future. Groups are 4 weeks long, and begin on a regular schedule.
