Therapy provides an opportunity for self-exploration in a safe encouraging environment in order to overcome personal struggles. It can also provide an opportunity for growth through goal setting as well as strengthening relationships. I have experience in assisting individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues that may or may not be related to addiction.
I also have a particular interest of working with individuals faced with change of life issues, such as learning to cope with chronic illness, post-partum, marriage, or divorce. In addition, I enjoy working with motivated individuals who seek to set goals and make changes in their relationships and/or career.
