Hi. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 25 years of experience. I specialize in supporting individuals during times of change, challenges, losses, or mental health symptoms. I strive to help clients better understand and navigate their experiences and make meaningful changes. I support self-compassion, perspective taking, discovery, and skill development. I’m flexible in my approach and believe in personalizing scientifically proven methods to best fit a client’s needs.
I also can help clients clarify, or confirm, a diagnosis (i.e., label) of their mental health experiences.
As an Interpersonal Therapist (IPT), I believe that healthy, supportive relationships are central to our wellbeing. Yet, how we feel can challenge not only us but also our relationships and quality of life.
I hold the highest level of certification in IPT and IPSRT from the International Society of Interpersonal Psychotherapy (ISIPT).
I value the therapist-client connection, and believe therapy is best a collaborative, shared process. Depending on needs and goals, our work together may be as short as a few sessions over a month, weekly sessions over some months, or longer-term.
