I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years experience in the behavioral health field. I am experienced with all ages and couples counseling. I use evidence based practices to address your needs and help you on your path to wellness. I understand the connection between mind and body and use nature and outdoor therapy in most sessions.
