As a trained teacher and psychotherapist, I am passionate about the growth process and believe in everyone’s ability to make changes in a supportive environment. I work to increase self-awareness and resilience to better navigate relationships and other aspects of life. I utilize a strengths-based, mindful approach to help you cultivate the life you desire, and to help you move from surviving to thriving.
I am an Adlerian-trained psychotherapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I enjoy working with clients to help them make sense of their stories and reduce the effects of trauma with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with couples to increase communication, understanding, and connection.
