I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who want to feel more balanced, connected, and understood. Many of the families and individuals I support are navigating ADHD, autism, or other life challenges that impact emotions, school, work, or relationships. Parents may seek help for a child’s big feelings or confidence, while adults may want support through transitions, stress, or past experiences. Using play, EMDR, and talk therapy, I provide a safe, compassionate space to heal, grow, and move forward with hope.
In my work with kids, I provide support through directed and non-directed play therapy with the incorporation of EMDR, CBT and emotional regulation strategies as needed. With teens, adults and parents, I take a person-centered and solution focused approach in order to establish an individualized treatment plan that targets your needs and therapeutic goals.
