I specialize in working with the whole family from kids, teens, and adults. I help children and teens deal with challenges from ADHD, ASD, school challenges, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, self-image, and emotional regulation. My work with adults focuses on life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, managing work-life balance, and parenting. Working with couples, we focus on the relationship and the challenges impacting your relationship. Together, we focus on meeting your individual needs to reach your therapeutic goals in a way that feels comfortable for you.
In my work with kids, I provide support through directed and non-directed play therapy with the incorporation of CBT and emotional regulation strategies as needed. With teens, adults and couples, I take a person-centered and solution focused approach in order to establish an individualized treatment plan that targets your needs and therapeutic goals.
I know life can be difficult at times, and it can also be difficult asking for help especially if you have never done therapy before.
