I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I received my undergrad degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver in 2014 and then earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University in 2019.
I have over 4 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have provided counseling in a variety of settings including residential treatment for children, applied behavioral analysis for children, and have used a more individualized approach for adult clients in a private practice.
My main focuses in therapy are Mindfulness Based Therapy and Gestalt, which help us make meaningful sense of life as well as stay in the present. There is no issue too big or small in life.
